Comments By griffith @ Tuesday, July 01, 2008 9:37 PM Ya know, I am all for a re-entry facility in Yolo County. I just think the Zamora area isn’t the right place. If we are to bring offenders back into our community they need job training. These individuals need to be given the opportunity to go back to school. The more education inmates have lowers the recidivism rate. I believe the re-entry facility needs to be closer to Davis, Woodland and West Sacramento. One more idea don’t build the facility for them.
