Burgers -- you are going to pay me to eat? By Matt Rexroad on Sunday, July 27, 2008 @ 8:36 AM :: 0 Comments :: Blog   I am very thankful for the nice article in the newspaper about BackPacks for Kids.  However, the most interesting thing in the newspaper is the quarter page ad on page A6 in the Democrat.   It is titled "Enjoy Burgers?". Yep.  Sure do. They are willing to give us burgers, buns, salad, and a $50 gift certificate to videotape us cook burgers?  This is too easy. Jenn and I are all over it.  I know Yolo Cowboy has made his fingers bloody dialing 752-2774 to sign up.  Super K and the Realist -- no doubt.  This thing is perfect for Woodland.  If a bunch of people want to pay us to cook and eat burger -- let them. What a great country we live in. I do realize that the Rexroad family will probably be the example that is used for how NOT too cook burgers in America -- but what do I care? They probably tried to do this in Davis but tofu doesn't look good on the grill.
