Dino wrote this about it on Woodland Journal. If you clink on the title of the post on the PBID it will give you a menu of items to look at regarding this proposal. Brenda Cedarblade has posted this on one of her business sites. Lots of misinformation is going around on this issue right now.

I am not part of the area affected by this, but the public is not clear on a lot of things. Here are a few questions I have? 1. Does Prop 13 come into effect here? Is Property tax over 1% 2. Do the business owners have a vote also or is it just property owners? 3. Is their committee covered by the Brown Act? 4. Can a Special District Take care of Blight? I just do not know??
