Fairgrounds 2x2x2 By Matt Rexroad on Thursday, January 18, 2007 @ 10:52 PM :: 0 Comments :: Blog   This afternoon at the Fairgrounds office we had our first meeting of the Fairgrounds 2x2x2.  We had two members of the Fair Board, two members of the City Council, and two members of the Board of Supervisors. At this point we are going through a process to figure out what to do.  I am going to have to chill out a little since I have personally made a couple of clear decisions about the current site and the possibilities of a new one. There will be an open house on February 5th to discuss the issue. I would encourage everyone to attend in order to learn more about this issue and why moving the Fairgrounds would be good for Woodland, good for the Fair, and good for agriculture. Helen Voss and Skip Davies made some great points today that gave me some things to think about on the way home.
