Speaking this Week > Rexroad.com

Today I spoke to the Community College League of California. There were several people there from the Yuba Community College District and several more from the Los Rios District. The only person actually from Woodland that I saw was Alan Flory.

I was on a lunch panel with Anthony York from Capitol Weekly, Roger Salazar from Acosta/Salazar, and Robin Swanson fom Kaufman Campaign Consultants. It went ok. I don't think I drooled on myself too much.

I also ran into two trustees that I had not seen in a number of years. Scott Wilk is an old friend from th Santa Clarita area and Jeff Hale was a friend I met in Iraq. He was retired from the Marine Corps at the time that was over there with a private contractor. He is not a trustee down in the Oceanside area. Marines are everywhere.

Tomorrow I will be speaking to the Noon Kiwanis Club at the invitation of Dudley Holman. I'm going to be speaking about my first few weeks as a County Supervisor.
