Yolo County Employees By Matt Rexroad on Saturday, March 22, 2008 @ 11:05 AM :: 0 Comments :: Blog   On Thursday night I attended a great event.  All five members of the Board of Supervisors, Sheriff Prieto, and Assessor Joel Butler showed up to honor employees that have worker for the county for 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, and 40 years. It was a great night. Sandy Brown has been working for Yolo County longer than I have been alive. In the world today people will have three or four jobs before they are 26 years old.  It did not used to be that way. When you are trying to build a solid culture in an organization it is impossible to do if the turn over is so severe.
